Survey Form

Welcome to the Peyton Institute for Domestic Church Life—which is the research and educational arm of Holy Cross Family Ministries. We are now conducting a nation-wide anecdotal research project entitled, Spirituality in the Daily Life of Families. We are looking for participants for a 45-minute virtual interview.  These interviews will be limited to 10 participants per group. Interviews will be conducted starting the second week of October through the end of the month. Registration deadline is October 6th.

The research will have four separate cohorts. The cohorts are:

  • Academics in the diciplines of theology, sociology, and psychology,
  • Pastoral ministers, anyone who serves professionally in Church ministry or other apostolates
  • Catholic Schools administration and teachers and, Parents.

Please note: academics, pastoral ministers, and catholic school personnel, we are seeking your professional experience.  Please sign up according to your profession.  If you are also a parent, you will have an opportunity to answer the parent questions in written form offline.

We also seek a cohort of parents who do not work in ministry or Catholic schools.

Your participation will enable the Peyton Institute to discern a larger research question and collaborate with the national research organization CARA. Thank you in advance for lending your voice. We hope our efforts will contribute to healthy, happy, holy families that flourish and thrive.

On October 8th, you will receive a Zoom link for the appointed day and time that you selected for your session.

From this research we will discern a research question in order to better support family and ministries who support family life. Thank you in advance for your participation and all you do in helping families to flourish and thrive.

Sincerely in Christ,

Lisa M. Gulino, D.Min
